If Atheism is True, it is a World Beyond Hope

I have not written in this blog for a while, much to my chagrin.  I do not have time to make a substantive entry today either, but I do commend this article by Dr. Craig Blomberg to you from his blog on the Denver Seminary website.
 
I think the premise of this article is exactly true: on atheism, there is no hope for the world, and the only people we can blame for this state of affairs is humanity.  It is a bleak picture indeed.  On Christianity, we have hope for salvation, and redemption. We also have hope for transformation in this life and perfection in the life to come.  On that basis alone, it seems to merit serious inquiry into the claims of Christ.
